About Steve
More than 17 years of hands-on website experience.
My path into web development was not a traditional one. Before entering technology, I worked as a licensed automotive mechanic. After a back injury forced me to rethink my career, I returned to school and graduated from St. Lawrence College with a diploma in Computer Engineering Technology.
Business ownership experienceI later owned my own automotive shop and worked as a service manager while building websites part-time.
Web development became the full-time focusWhat started as a part-time business grew into a full-time career and eventually became the 360 Web Firm clients know today.

The Story Behind 360
Technical training, real business experience and a customer-first approach.
Working in the automotive industry taught me how important it is to diagnose the real problem before recommending a solution. Owning a shop and working as a service manager taught me something equally important: customers need clear answers, dependable service and someone who takes responsibility.
Those lessons followed me into web development. I do not believe technology should make business more complicated. My role is to understand what a client actually needs, explain the options clearly and build something practical that can be supported properly over time.
I also believe the relationship matters after the website launches. I am always learning, improving and looking for better ways to help my customers with design, development, security, performance, accessibility, search visibility and the technology behind their businesses.
