Why these four reviews work together

See the whole path from discovery to enquiry.

A website can look polished and still have technical barriers, unclear next steps, email setup questions or missed places where customers might find the business. Each 360 Tool looks at a different part of that path.

Steve reviews the evidence, considers your business goals and explains which findings are useful for the agreed project. The result is a more informed plan for a new website, a rebuild or relevant improvements to an existing site.

Questions the review helps answer
  • Can search engines and visitors understand the website?
  • Can visitors find a clear path to contact you?
  • Are public business email settings worth a closer look?
  • Where might your business be listed or mentioned?

These are diagnostic findings and research leads, not promises of rankings, enquiries, inbox placement or backlinks.

Email Health Scanner

Part 1 reviews public mail routing and sender-policy records such as MX, SPF and DMARC. When a received test message is available, Part 2 adds message-level evidence, including DKIM where it can be verified.

  • Mail routing, SPF and DMARC
  • Received-message and DKIM evidence
  • Plain-language findings and limits

04 · Visitor journey

Conversion & Engagement Scanner

The Scanner samples important pages to review the opening message, calls to action, trust signals, contact routes and mobile usability. It highlights possible friction in the visitor journey for Steve to assess in context.

Included with your project

Four reviews. One better informed website project.

We use the findings to discuss practical priorities with you. Automated results are checked in context; the agreed proposal defines which changes we make.

01 · Before design

Review your current website and important enquiry paths to help set priorities for a redesign.

02 · During the build

Review public email settings and investigate relevant business listings where appropriate.

03 · At handover

Explain the findings and agreed improvements in plain language, with a useful next-step list.

The review is included with new website design and redesign projects. A scan may be limited by access or available evidence. Email repairs, advertising management, directory submissions and ongoing SEO are separately scoped when needed.

Questions about the review

Know what to expect from 360 Tools.

The tools give us useful evidence. Steve connects the findings to the work you are considering and explains the limits of each check.

Is the review part of a new website project?

The four-tool Website Intelligence Review is included with new website design and redesign projects. We explain which findings apply to your site and define the actual build work in the agreed project scope.

Can the tools help with my existing site?

Yes. When relevant, we can use them while discussing an existing website, maintenance or an SEO project. We first confirm what is being reviewed and what follow-up work, if any, is included.

Will a scan make changes to my website?

The tools review detectable information and produce findings or research leads. Repairs, email changes, directory submissions and custom work are separate actions that we discuss and scope with you.

Do the findings guarantee results?

No. A report cannot guarantee search rankings, leads, inbox delivery or accepted backlinks. Automated checks can miss context, so Steve reviews the evidence and explains where further investigation is useful.
