Search for, register or transfer a domain name. We strongly recommend that the domain be registered in the client's own name or business account so ownership remains clear.

Review professional email options tied to your domain. If 360 Web Firm is helping with setup, confirm the mailbox requirements with us before purchasing so the correct product is selected.
Account & Renewal Management
Existing customers can sign in to review products, billing and renewal information. Domain owners remain responsible for tracking expiration dates and renewing domains on time.
About website hosting: if your website is maintained by 360 Web Firm, managed hosting is already included with an active maintenance plan. Please contact us before purchasing separate hosting through the storefront so you do not buy something you do not need.

360 Web Firm can help with the technical side, but the client should remain the registrant and owner of the domain. We may be added as an administrative or technical contact when useful, but that does not transfer ownership or renewal responsibility to us.
Client Responsibilities
Keep control of the account and renewals.
- Keep your account email, password and recovery information current.
- Maintain your own reminder for domain expiration and renewal dates.
- Review renewal pricing and payment details before the renewal date.
- Do not rely on 360 Web Firm to provide a renewal reminder.

Is the reseller store the same as 360 Web Firm's website?
No. This page is part of 360webfirm.ca. The actual product storefront and secure account pages are hosted externally by the reseller platform.
Does 360 Web Firm own my domain?
No. Your domain should be registered in your name or your business account. 360 Web Firm may assist with configuration, but ownership remains with the registrant.
Should I buy hosting from the store?
Not if your site is already on an active 360 Web Firm maintenance plan unless we specifically advise you to. Managed hosting is included with those plans.
Can I purchase my own reseller storefront?
Yes. The reseller-store option is separate from the regular 360 Web Firm customer storefront. Use the dedicated reseller-store button above if you want to explore purchasing a storefront of your own.
